The Midwest is finally getting some warmer weather and after an afternoon of playing outside in the sun with our little one I was due for an afternoon protein pick-me-up. As a spin off to some of our other smoothies, I quickly whipped up this super yummy smoothie with just three ingredients!
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana, microwaved for 20 seconds so it is not rock solid
- 1 TBS peanut butter
Add all three ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until the texture is smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy outside!
Fun Fact: You can make this in advance and keep it in the fridge for several hours!
