High Protein Snack

I almost always need a mid-afternoon snack to tide me over until dinner. Typically when hunger strikes I opt for a handful of almonds or a bowl of vanilla Greek yogurt. But when I’ve had a particularly crazy day and I’ve been running around one or the other just won’t cut it. This isn’t profound but throwing almonds in vanilla Greek yogurt and mixing in the fruit of your choice (mine is always blueberry!) and you have a protein power snack that will keep you full and energized until dinner! I also love sliced bananas or pomegranate seeds! Don’t have almonds? Swap them out for milled flax seed!
