Last week I challenged all of you to join my Burpee challenge of 60/day for the next 60 days! It started out rather difficultly for me and I’ve been sore pretty much every day for the past week BUT today I started to see some progress!
When I started last week I was only able to do 30 in a row, then I needed a break! And after that I needed to break the final 30 into two sets of 15. Today I was able to do just 2 sets of 30 with a really short break in between! It is amazing the progress you can make in just one week!
