Have you accepted the 60 days of 60 Burpees Challenge? It is definitely starting out as a challenge for me. I can do 30 consecutively, then I need a break before finishing the final 30 in two sets of 15. Don’t despair if you can’t do many in a row! You’ll start to see progress once the first few days of soreness wear off!
