Burpees, a favorite among Crossfitters, are an amazing full body exercise that works many muscle groups, increases strength and endurance and also ends up being a cardio exercise when done in repetition (which is an overall win for weight-loss). So, in continual efforts to kick this baby weight in the butt my new goal is to complete 60 Burpees each day in addition to my standard daily workouts. I won’t be able to do all 60 consecutively right away, but my goal is to be able to do so at the end of the challenge.
So join me! Between now and May 31st, do 60 Burpees a day for increased overall fitness (and hopefully) a little weight loss! Even if you can only do 5 at a time, you will still reap the benefits!
