If you are looking for a fast way to get a burn going in your lower body, then I recommend this squat challenge with Cassey Ho. I did this workout video two times in a row and it just about killed my legs and butt. I’ll definitely be feeling it tomorrow when I try to stand up or climb the stairs. Can you do it more than twice?
