Eating well and cost effectively takes a lot of planning ahead which can be a bit of a pain. I mentioned in my WW post that I would be sharing the fruits of my labor and posting menus for a week of eating, complete with a shopping list and the links to the recipes you’ll need to make everything. Hopefully this will be a useful tool to help you save time, but will also enable you to have diverse and nutritious meals throughout the week!
