Ah! It is the end of the month already! I hit the Pilates pretty hard this week and threw in a couple of HITT workouts so I was pretty sore this week! Unfortunately it is still really cold here so I wasn’t able to get outside for walks with the baby and the dog–I cuddled with the baby instead (which is awesome but doesn’t burn many calories).
We finally got some warmer weather so I made it out for a 20 minute walk with the dog and the baby in the carrier! Then:
