Avocado and Eggs for Breakfast

I love eggs!!!

They may be one of my favorite foods as they are versatile, easy and cheap! On top of that they are packed with protein to help keep you full all morning long! To step-up classic scrambled eggs in the morning (or at night, as we sometimes make this for dinner) follow this easy recipe.

You’ll need

  • A little butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 small slice of cheese
  • Approximately 1/6 of an avocado
  • Siracha sauce

To make:

Grease pan and add scrambled eggs. Leave eggs in omelet form and flip once they appear nearly cooked through. Once eggs are cooked on both sides, fold in a slice of cheese and top with avocado and siracha sauce.
