We had another busy week of traveling with the baby, visiting relatives and needing a little comfort food after a stressful week. Not great conditions for trying to reach my goal. I decided that I’ll start embedding all the online workout videos that I do in case you want to follow along. Here is what I was able to do this past week:
15 minutes of Sarah aerobics*
30 minute “mall walking” with the baby in the stroller
The “leg” video is a KILLER!!!
2 mile walk through snow
